清朝政府投资成立“博山玻璃公司”，1954年更名山东耐火材料厂。

青岛耐火材料厂建成。

1958年 一九五八年
山东第二耐火材料厂，山东镁矿，王村铝土矿三个省属企业建成。

上述省属企业改制成立鲁耐窑业、青岛双鹰、王铝矿业、王村耐火、恒欣镁业 。

鲁耐窑业 、山东中齐、恒欣镁业改制成立山东耐火材料有限公司。
